Founding engineer. Ships and runs production systems end to end.

I'm a founding engineer. I build production systems end to end and run them in production. The current one is leohydra.com, a Dubai art studio I run from Mumbai. Each drop is six new print designs in editions of 50 (300 units) and clears inside 7 days of going live, at 40 to 50 orders a day across the rush. Originals run through a separate inquiry funnel, about one a month. I wrote every component of the application: the e-commerce stack, the on-chain payment verifier, the admin panel, the transactional email pipeline, the Meta Pixel and CAPI dedup, and the security audit migrations. I also run the ad campaigns, work with the printers on each drop, and coordinate fulfilment out of the Dubai warehouse.

B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication from Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engineering, Pune. Full-time campus degree, 2016 to 2020. Followed by the IIT Madras Online Diploma in Data Science, 2021 to 2022. Since October 2025 I've been the full operating team at Leo Hydra. Prior work spans data ops at Canopy Singapore (staffed via Recro), a Cointab data analyst role, and two earlier internships.

I'm strongest at production e-commerce engineering, growth instrumentation (server side Pixel and CAPI, dedup aware), and security hardening. I'm looking for founding-engineer or early-team engineering roles at remote-first startups internationally, with Dubai an option for relocation.

  • ·Sole operating team for a Dubai-based art studio. Hand-coded the platform from scratch and run everything else from Mumbai. No template, no inherited codebase.
  • ·Current scale: 40 to 50 orders per day during drop weeks. Each drop is 6 new prints in editions of 50 (300 units) and sells out within 7 days. Originals are inquiry-only and move about once a month.
  • ·Architected and wrote the production e-commerce platform at leohydra.com from scratch. Stack: Next.js 14, Supabase Postgres, USDT-on-Polygon checkout with on-chain payment verification, bank transfer with admin manual confirm, 12 tables, 30 migrations, 22 API routes, 50 React components.
  • ·Server-side Meta Pixel + Conversions API across every conversion surface (checkout / forms / newsletter / product pages / PageView), dedup-aware via shared eventID. Transactional email pipeline (Resend, 6 lifecycle kinds, audit-logged with admin resend UI).
  • ·Three rounds of self-led adversarial code review + 5 new migrations (027 to 031): DB-backed rate limiter, admin brute-force lockout, CSRF Origin checks, PII redaction, HMAC-secret isolation, CSP + security headers.
  • ·Operations: run Meta ad campaigns, work with printing houses on limited-edition production runs, coordinate Dubai-warehouse fulfilment, hire and direct video editors, sound design + multi-platform posting.
